The authorities in Gujarat ensured the psychological well-being of children who are staying at shelters as Cyclone Biparjoy made landfall. Adults narrated nursery rhymes in Gujarati and also gave small dance performances to engage the children amid the cyclone. The landfall process for Cyclone Biparjoy peaked with 125 kmph winds and heavy rain pummelling the Gujarat coast. The entire process is expected to continue till midnight.
